About Me
At the heart of my work is a deep belief in your ability to heal and grow. My approach is grounded in the humanistic, person-centred way of being, meaning I see you as the expert of your own experience. If it feels right for you, I can weave in psycho-education and practical tools, personalised to your needs, to deepen self-awareness and build resilience.

My background as a Social Worker has given me a deep understanding of how early experiences shape the way we move through the world as adults. Together, we will explore and nurture your inner child, uncovering the needs and desires that may have been left unmet.

I am a trauma-informed and inclusive therapist working with individuals over the age of 18. Your healing journey will unfold at your pace—there is no rush, no pressure. Together, we will meet every thought and feeling with curiosity and care. Wherever you are in life right now, you will be met with acceptance and understanding

-
Person-Centred Therapy – A compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – Helps you develop psychological flexibility, allowing you to move forward even in the presence of difficult emotions.
-
Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – Identifies and challenges unhelpful thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
-
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) – A structured therapy designed to help the brain reprocess distressing memories, reducing their emotional intensity.
-
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) – A practical, forward-looking approach that helps you build on strengths and create meaningful change.
-
Somatic Therapy for Complex Trauma – Focuses on the mind-body connection, helping to process trauma through body awareness and nervous system regulation.
-
Rewind Trauma Therapy – A gentle but powerful approach for processing traumatic memories without the need for detailed retelling.
-
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – Works with language and subconscious patterns to reshape limiting beliefs.
-
Inner Child & Parts Work – Helps you reconnect with and heal the wounded parts of yourself, fostering self-compassion and integration.
