Life Coaching Sessions

Available in person or online via video call or phone call. After the intro call sessions are available by block booking only.

6 x 45 minute sessions - £390

Rewind Trauma Therapy

Available in person or online via video call. The session package includes up to 3 sessions and

post-session check-ins.

15 minute assessment call - Free

Session package - £170
